1. Membership
- Membership fee is ₹75 per financial year.
- Membership is valid from April 1 to March 31, regardless of joining date.
- Membership must be renewed annually.
2. Eligibility
- Anyone interested in chess activities within Namakkal district can register.
- Users must provide accurate information.
3. User Responsibilities
- Do not provide false or misleading information.
- Do not misuse the platform.
4. Payments
- All payments are processed via Razorpay.
- Membership will be activated only after successful payment.
5. Events & Participation
- Participation in tournaments/events may have separate rules and fees.
- The association reserves the right to modify event schedules.
6. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- False information is provided
- Rules are violated
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for payment failures due to bank/network issues
- Any indirect damages arising from website usage
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
